I have no idea what 3.25 to 3.75 or3.75 to 4.25 means. Is the Decimal point important? Is that a level of competency? How do you know if you gained the .25?
When using marketing descriptors on your website please be sure that the words are familiar to everyone or you maybe turning away the very people you are trying to include.
