Here's how to sign our PRP waiver in PunchPass
Thank you for helping keep our club safe by signing our waiver. Doing so is a prerequisite to signing up for any event, and you will be prompted to do so as part of registering for a class, tournament, or other activity. This article explains how to sign the waiver proactively, so you won't have to at sign-up time.
These instructions apply specifically to the browser-based version of our registration system, not the app, although they are similar.

Step 1
If you haven't signed the waiver yet you'll see a beige reminder banner at the top of your screen. Click the Open waiver form button.
Step 2
Scroll to the bottom of the form, and sign in the box either manually, using your mouse, a stylus, or your finger, or by clicking the use a predefined signature switch. Then click the big green Sign Waiver Form button.
