About the Event
Please join us in this Pilot Program. Participants will be exposed to different drills that will help them understand and improve their game. After the drill period, there will be an opportunity to work on these skills in a game setting.
Skills to be covered:
Week 1: Serve and Serve Return
Week 2: Dinking (straight on and cross court)
Week 3: 3rd Shot Drop and Dinking continued
Week 4: Ground Strokes (forehand and backhand)
Week 5: Working through transition zone (Split step, Third shot, Fifth shot, Seventh shot)
Week 6: Timed Celebratory Round Robin Play
